We guarantee the quality of every mango box we deliver. If you receive your order and find any quality issue, damaged fruit, bad taste, or quantity problem โ we will
replace your order or refund your money in full. No arguments. No delays.
1. Quality Standards
Every mango we sell goes through careful hand-grading and quality inspection before packing. We offer three quality tiers:
- Export Quality: Largest, most uniform fruit. Individually wrapped. For gifting and premium buyers.
- Premium (Festive) Quality: Excellent taste and appearance. Perfect for families and occasions.
- Regular (Paiti) Quality: Great taste at an affordable price. Ideal for daily consumption.
All our mangoes are carbide-free and naturally ripened. We do not use any artificial ripening agents.
2. Ordering Policy
- Orders are accepted via our website or directly via WhatsApp at +92 328 639 2753.
- We will confirm your order via WhatsApp within 2 hours of placement.
- Pre-orders are dispatched according to the harvest schedule. We will notify you of the exact dispatch date.
- Order IDs are in the format SM-YEAR-XXXXX. Keep it to track your order.
3. Payment Policy
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Full payment on delivery. Available in most cities.
- Advance Payment: Full payment before dispatch via Meezan Bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Raast.
- Partial Advance + COD: Pay a portion in advance and the balance on delivery.

After making a payment, send a screenshot to our WhatsApp with your Order ID for confirmation.
4. Delivery Policy
- Orders are packed fresh and dispatched within 1โ2 working days of confirmation.
- Delivery takes 3โ4 days via terminal or 5โ7 days via courier.
- Delivery is available across Pakistan.
- Delivery charges vary by box weight and are shown clearly at checkout.
- We work with reliable courier partners (TCS, Leopards, etc.).
5. Return & Refund Policy
We stand fully behind our product. If you have a complaint:
- Step 1: Check your mangoes immediately upon delivery.
- Step 2: Take clear photos or video of the problem (damaged fruit, wrong quality, shortage, etc.).
- Step 3: Send proof on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID.
- Step 4: We will arrange a replacement or full refund โ your choice.
Complaints submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without photo evidence may not be eligible for replacement/refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but quality complaints are still accepted.
- To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp.
7. Pre-Order Policy
- Pre-orders are taken before the mango season begins.
- Dispatch dates depend on harvest readiness and will be communicated via WhatsApp.
- Pre-orders can be fully refunded if you change your mind before dispatch.
8. Shariah Compliance
SP Trading Company (Shahi Mangoes) / Shahi Mangoes operates all business activities in accordance with Islamic Shariah principles. All transactions are conducted with full transparency and honesty. We do not engage in deceptive practices, hidden charges, or interest-based financial products.
